Christmas!
Well, there are some pictures to come from the Christmas dinner and Holly and Dan's house, but technical difficulties are delaying the process some. Here we have Hannah meeting her uncle Dan on Christmas day and Matthijs and me opening eachother's gifts Christmas night.
On 26 December, Hannah enjoyed her first solid food/meal ever! She gobbled it right up, no problem. Matthijs fed her early in the morning yummy sweet potatoes. Today she enjoyed her peas even more!
Hannah is also making good friends with Rusty, dad and Norma's new puppy. Believe it or not, he is only 8 months old! He is a giant teddy bear and incredibly sweet. He comes and lays near her sometimes and she tries to pet him. He is very patient with Hannah's " petting" (i.e. wacking) attempts - lol.
Other photos are cute random shots we've taken with our new camara. It has been wonderful to be home for Christmas this year and for Hannah to finally meet her American family :-)
I should also metion, on Christmas Eve, Hannah made her first real attempt to crawl :-) She managed to push her knees/legs under her belly and attempt tp propel the rest of her forward - it was great!! This morning she said to Matthijs and me " Hi" two to three times after we said it to her. Ok, probably coincidence/accident but rather cool nonetheless!!!!!!!!
