Matthijs and I enjoyed visiting my best friend Candice her family just outside Minneapolis...we also spent a couple days visiting friends in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. The photos of us in the snow, the house in the snow and Hannah on her belly with shorter bangs are all Wisconsin :) While there we enjoyed a romatic dinner for Valentines and went sledding!
The photo with the great view oif the backyard is Candice's house. She has a large yard and backs into a conservation area!!! I loved visiting with Candice. She is a great cook and fun to visit. They introduced us to Wii bowling - lol. Candice and I even tried out cross-country skiing for the first time (not Wii, but for real) - great work out and loved it!!!! We hope to go back in the warmer months for camping. Hannah suffered teething through all of this and now has two small front lower teeth :) Her hair also grew thicker over night and her face longer. She is growing so fast!!!
Here are some photos of the front and the backyard of the house we just bought in Lakeland. Should we make it back to FL in a few years and work in Central Florida, than we already have a home. otherwise, we will continue to rent it out to nice families :-) It is in a real nice part of town and has a great yard. I also attached a photo of the nice enclosed patio, the master bedroom (which shows the original hardwood floors in half the house) and the front main room. My sisters are busy painting and modernizing it because the first tenant will be one of them!
