For Halloween the kids enjoyed two nights of candy (Christian was oblivious of course, but Hannah loved it!). On Saturday night Hannah trunk or treated at the church parking lot with a massive amount of kids (and a few missionaries). Alex was a sport and handed the candy out but collected a little at the end. The next night, the neighborhood hay wagon came around and took the kids to all the houses. It was a lot of fun and they made out very well. Hannah chose her one candy (gold fish crackers - phew) and left the rest for the Sugar Plum Fairy. In return, the Sugar Plum Fairy (think Nutcracker) left her a lovely princess teat party set! Hannah and daddy enjoyed a Dutch tea moment...
This morning Christian decided to extend his show fetish to the large Dutch wooden shoes we received as a house warming gift years ago. He strolled all over the house in them - too cute!
